Subpart 1. Annual reporting requirements.
A.
The information in part
7041.1600 must be recorded, as
applicable, by the person who prepares the sewage sludge on a form provided or
approved by the commissioner and submitted annually to the agency no later than
December 31 following the end of the cropping year unless specified otherwise
in a permit or approved management plan if applicable. If bulk sewage sludge is
applied, the form must be prepared by or under the supervision of a Type IV
certified operator or inspector employed by the person who prepares the bulk
sewage sludge.
B. If bulk sewage
sludge is applied on a site in Minnesota, the legal description of the site and
the information in part
7041.1600, subpart 3, items M and
N, do not have to be reported.
C.
For the purpose of annual reports, the month instead of the date referenced in
part
7041.1600, subpart 3, item L,
shall be reported on the form provided or approved by the
commissioner.
Subp. 2. Special reporting requirements.
The preparer of bulk sewage sludge which is not exceptional quality sewage sludge must notify the agency, in writing, when 90 percent or more of any of the cumulative pollutant loading rates in part 7041.1100, subpart 4, item B, has been reached for a site.
