Subp. 2. Submittal and approval of test plan.

Subp. 4. Pretest meeting.

The pretest meeting shall be held at least seven days prior to the performance test date except that a shorter period shall be allowed if the commissioner has approved a test notification of less than 30 days. If the commissioner determines that an in-person meeting is not necessary, the pretest meeting will be conducted by telephone conference call unless the owner or operator of the emission facility requests an in-person meeting.
