Chapter 7011 - STANDARDS FOR STATIONARY SOURCES
WASTE COMBUSTORS
Part 7011.1281 - FULL OPERATOR CERTIFICATION

Subpart 1. Fully certified operator defined.
A "fully certified operator" means:
A. a person who has obtained "certified
municipal waste combustor examiner" certification as described in part
7011.1282;
B. a person who has obtained both
"provisional certification" and "operator certification" according to ASME
QRO-1-1994, incorporated by reference in part
7011.1205; or
C. a person who is a "fully certified
operator" as described in part
7011.1284.
Subp. 2. Changes at a facility.
If changes are made in equipment and/or operating procedures which the initial certification did not address, certificate holders shall demonstrate detailed knowledge of these changes according to the conditions of the certificate held. A change in the name or ownership of a facility shall not invalidate the operator certificate.
