Part 7011.1230 - STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE FOR CLASS I MUNICIPAL WASTE COMBUSTORS

Subpart 1. Scope.
The owner or operator of a Class I waste combustor must comply with the emission limits, notification, monitoring, testing, record-keeping, and reporting requirements of the new source performance standards incorporated in parts 7011.1291 to 7011.1294, except as provided in subpart 2. In addition, the owner or operator must comply with:
Subp. 2. Mercury emission limitations.
Instead of the mercury emission limits contained in Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, sections 60.52b(a)(5), 60.58b(d)(2)(ix), and 60.58b(d)(2)(x), as amended, the owner or operator of a Class I waste combustor must comply with the mercury emission limits described in this subpart and the testing and reporting requirements of parts 7011.1265, subpart 2; and 7011.1270, item E.
