Part 6132.4600 - REVOCATION OF PERMIT TO MINE

Subpart 1. Conditions authorizing.
The commissioner may order the revocation of a permit to mine when:
A. it is necessary to stop
conditions that jeopardize public health and safety or that could result in
injury to persons or property; or
B. there is a violation of terms of the
permit to mine or parts 6132.0100 to 6132.5300.
Subp. 2. Beginning of proceedings.
A proceeding to revoke a permit to mine begins by serving on the permittee:
A. a notice of hearing
under part 6132.5000; and
B. the
proposed revocation order.
