Subpart 1. Serving grievance on chief administrative agent.

If the grievance is not resolved under part 5510.5150 (step two), the exclusive representative may serve the written grievance on the chief administrative agent of the employer or the agents designated representative within ten days after the written response required by part 5510.5150 (step two) was due.

Subp. 2. Meeting.

A. An exclusive representatives agent must meet with the chief administrative officer or designee within five days of the written grievances service, and the agent and the chief administrative officer or designee must attempt to resolve the grievance.

B. The chief administrative officer or designee must serve a written response to the grievance on the exclusive representatives agent within five days of the meeting.
