Part 5300.0145 - DEGREES FROM FOREIGN INSTITUTIONS

In addition to meeting all other licensure requirements, an applicant for licensure whose degree was received from a foreign degree program or from a foreign institution of higher education shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the board that the degree meets the requirements of part 5300.0140. The applicant shall provided the board with a comprehensive evaluation of the degree performed by a credential evaluation service that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) and any other documentation the board deems necessary. The evaluation must be sent directly to the board from the evaluating agency. The applicant shall be responsible for the expenses incurred as a result of the evaluation.
