Subpart 1. Skull depressions.
For skull defects the percent of disability of the whole body is provided by the following schedule:
Unfilled Defect Percent | Filled Defect Percent | |
0 to 1-1/2 square inches | 0 | 0 |
1-1/2 to 2-1/2 square inches | 5 | 0 |
2-1/2 to 4 square inches | 10 | 2 |
4 to 6-1/2 square inches | 15 | 3 |
6-1/2 or more square inches | 20 | 5 |
Subp. 2. Skull fractures.
Skull fractures are:
A. Basilar skull fracture with persistent
spinal fluid leak, 20 percent.
B.
Basilar skull fracture without cerebrospinal fluid leak, 0 percent.
