Subpart 1. Skull depressions.

For skull defects the percent of disability of the whole body is provided by the following schedule:

Unfilled Defect Percent Filled Defect Percent
0 to 1-1/2 square inches 0 0
1-1/2 to 2-1/2 square inches 5 0
2-1/2 to 4 square inches 10 2
4 to 6-1/2 square inches 15 3
6-1/2 or more square inches 20 5

Subp. 2. Skull fractures.

Skull fractures are:

A. Basilar skull fracture with persistent spinal fluid leak, 20 percent.

B. Basilar skull fracture without cerebrospinal fluid leak, 0 percent.
