B. The Physician's Current Procedural Terminology, (CPT manual) 2016 Professional Edition, and any subsequent revisions. CPT codes are subject to frequent change. C. The alphanumeric Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS manual), 2016 edition, and any subsequent revisions. It is subject to frequent change.
