A117.1 Section 409 is amended to read as follows:
409.1
General. Private
residence elevators shall comply with Section 409 and Minnesota Rules, chapter
1307, Minnesota Elevator and Related Devices Code. Elevator operation shall be
automatic.
Exception: Elevators complying with Section 407 or Section 408.
