ASHRAE 90.1 section 6.4.3.4.2 is amended by modifying the exception 1 to read as follows:

ASHRAE 90.1 section 6.4.3.4.2 is amended by modifying the exception 2 to read as follows:
2. Nonmotorized dampers are acceptable in
systems with a design outdoor air intake, relief, or exhaust capacity of 300
cfm or less. Nonmotorized dampers for outdoor air intakes must be protected
from direct exposure to wind.
