Part 4770.2200 - MEDICAL CANNABIS LABORATORY APPROVAL; DUTY TO NOTIFY

Subpart 1. Operational changes.
A. A
laboratory must notify the commissioner in writing within 30 days of a change
in:
(1) name of the laboratory;
(2) physical location, postal mailing
address, or e-mail address of the laboratory;
(3) owner of the laboratory;
(4) name, telephone numbers, or e-mail
address of the designated contact person;
(5) name of a technical manager;
(6) major analytical equipment; or
(7) test methods.
B. A laboratory that notifies the
commissioner of an operational change under item A must include in the notice
written results of proficiency testing samples or demonstrations of capability
analyzed after the reported change.
Subp. 2. Voluntary withdrawal.
A. If a laboratory chooses to withdraw its
application for approval or its current approval in total or in part, the
laboratory must:
(1) notify the commissioner
in writing; and
(2) specify the
effective date of withdrawal.
B. By the effective date of the withdrawal of
approval, in total or in part, the laboratory must:
(1) notify current client manufacturers in
writing of its intent to withdraw its approval;
(2) indicate the effective date of the
withdrawal; and
(3) submit a copy
of each notification to the commissioner.
