MEDICAL USE OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL
Part 4731.4502 - INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION RECORDS

Subpart 1. Activity measurement instruments.

A licensee must maintain a record of instrument calibrations required under part 4731.4420 for three years. The record must include:

A. the model and serial numbers of the instrument;

B. the date of the calibration;

C. the results of the calibration; and

D. the name of the individual who performed the calibration.

Subp. 2. Survey instruments.

A licensee must maintain a record of radiation survey instrument calibrations required under part 4731.4421 for three years. The record must include:

A. the model and serial number of the instrument;

B. the date of the calibration;

C. the results of the calibration; and

D. the name of the individual who performed the calibration.
