Subpart 1. Generally.
A. A person may apply
for a specific license issued under parts 4731.0525 to 4731.0630 by filing an
application according to part 4731.0200, subpart 4.
B. Applications and documents submitted to
the commissioner in connection with applications may be made available for
public inspection according to part 4731.0240.
Subp. 2. Fees.
An application for a special nuclear material license must be accompanied by the fee prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, section 144.1205.
