Part 4727.0830 - DISCIPLINARY ACTION; RETURN OF DOCUMENTS

Subpart 1. Commissioner action.
The commissioner may suspend, revoke, or impose limitations or conditions on a responsible individual or licensee if the responsible individual or licensee:
A. violates a
provision of this chapter or Minnesota Statutes, chapter 103I;
B. obtains a license or certification through
error, fraud, or cheating;
C.
provides false or fraudulent information on renewal forms, sealing reports, or
other required reports;
D.
knowingly aids or allows an unlicensed person to engage in activities requiring
a license under Minnesota Statutes, section
103I.601;
E. engages in conduct, in the course of
performing work requiring licensure, that is likely to harm the public or
demonstrates a willful or careless disregard for the health or safety of a
property owner or other person; or
F. has been convicted during the previous
five years of a felony or gross misdemeanor reasonably related to the business
of exploratory boring.
Subp. 2. Revoked license or certification.
A suspended or revoked license or certification must be returned to the commissioner when the license or certification is revoked or suspended.
