Subpart 1. Changes identified.
A wellhead protection plan must identify and describe expected changes that may occur during the next ten years to:
A. the physical environment;
B. land use;
C. surface water; and
D. groundwater.
Subp. 2. Impact of changes.
A wellhead protection plan must list, describe, and assess the possible impact on the aquifer serving the public water supply well resulting from:
A. the expected
changes identified in subpart 1;
B.
the influence of existing water and land government programs and regulations;
and
C. the administrative,
technical, and financial considerations of the public water supplier and the
property owners within the drinking water supply management area.
