A. Food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Celsius or dually scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit must be accurate to [DAGGER] plus or minus 1 degree C in the intended range of use.P2
B. Food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Fahrenheit must be accurate to plus or minus 2 degrees F in the intended range of use.P2
