Part 1565.1400 - LICENSE REVOCATION

Subpart 1. Immediate license revocation.
The commissioner must immediately revoke a license if a licensee:
A. pleads guilty to, or is
convicted of, any felony related to a controlled substance;
B. made any materially false statement
regarding the requirements of this chapter to the commissioner with a culpable
mental state greater than negligence;
C. is found to be growing cannabis exceeding
the acceptable hemp THC level with a culpable mental state greater than
negligence; or
D. has negligently
violated this chapter three times in five years.
Subp. 2. Inspection interference.
It is unlawful for any person to hinder or obstruct an inspector from inspecting, sampling, or carrying out the duties under this chapter or Minnesota Statutes, chapter 18K.
