Subpart 1. Notice of certain facts.

All evidence shall be made a part of the record in the proceeding according to the procedures of part 1400.7300.

Subp. 2. Record of proceedings.

The chief administrative law judge, delegate of the chief administrative law judge, or presiding administrative law judge shall record all proceedings or use an official court reporter.
