Chapter 1405 - POWER LINES; PLANT SITING
Part 1405.0300 - SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The procedures contained herein shall govern the conduct of all hearings conducted for the Environmental Quality Board involving the siting of large electric power generating plants, the routing of high voltage transmission lines, and to the site and route exemption processes contained in Minnesota Statutes, section 116C.57, subdivisions 5 and 5a, provided, however, that the procedures for hearing concerning the revocation or suspension of a site certificate or construction permit shall be those contained in parts 1400.5100 to 1400.8401, as are the hearings conducted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 216E.06, relating to the determination of emergencies. See part 1405.2700.
