Part 1105.1300 - APPEARANCE BEFORE BOARD

At the request of the board, a committee of the board, or the attorney general on behalf of the board or a committee of the board, an applicant, licensee, registrant, or individual with practice privileges under Minnesota Statutes, section 326A.14, shall appear before the board, committees of the board, or the attorney general; respond to any questions of the board, committees of the board, or the attorney general; and produce any evidence requested by the board, committees of the board, or the attorney general to assist the board in determining the person's qualifications or compliance with Minnesota statutes or rules.
