Rule 7.

(1) The following mammal species are included on the state list of endangered species:

Felis concolor

Cougar

Lynx canadensis

Lynx

Microtus ochrogaster

Prairie vole

Myotis sodalis

Indiana bat

(2) The following mammal species are included on the state list of threatened species:

Cryptotis parva

Least shrew

Myotis lucifugus

Little brown bat

Myotis septentrionalis

Northern long-eared bat

Nycticeius humeralis

Evening bat

Perimyotis subflavus

Eastern pipistrelle or Tricolored bat
