Section R. 281.781.2 - Round lake

Rule 2. On the waters of Round lake, Manchester township, county of Washtenaw, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall:

(a) Operate such vessel at high speed, which means a speed at or above which a motorboat reaches a planing condition, or

(b) Have in tow or shall otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance. (See R 281.738.2 for regulation covering the part of this lake lying in Jackson county and R 281.746.1 for regulation covering the part of this lake lying in Lenawee county.)
