Rule 2. On that portion of the Indian river commencing at Indian lake, thence downstream in a southeasterly direction 3,300 feet more or less to the west, north-south section line of section 35, town 42 north, range 16 west, township of Hiawatha, county of Schoolcraft, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed.
