Section R. 35.623 - Eligibility of deceased veteran's dependents

Rule 3.
(1) For the purposes of the administration of Act No. 9, Public Acts of 1946, Extra Session, as amended, it is further determined that the dependents of a deceased veteran are eligible to receive benefits in the same manner as the deceased veteran would have received, were he or she living.
(2) A widow of a veteran is considered a dependent as long as she is unremarried.
