Rule 76.

(1) If the electric utility finds that the DER is operating outside the terms of the interconnection agreement but does not find immediate disconnection pursuant to R 460.978(1)(f) and (g) warranted, the electric utility shall promptly inform the interconnection customer or its agent of this finding. The interconnection customer is responsible for bringing the DER into compliance within 30 business days or a mutually agreed-upon time period. The electric utility may perform an inspection of the DER after a remedy is applied.

(2) If the DER is not brought into compliance within 30 business days or the mutually agreed-upon time period, the electric utility may apply a remedy and bill the interconnection customer. The interconnection customer shall pay this bill within 5 business days.
