Section R. 460.811 - Definitions

Rule 1. As used in these rules:
(a) "Commission" means the Michigan public service commission.
(b) "Utility" means an electric or telecommunications company, whether private, corporate, or cooperative, that operates under the jurisdiction of the commission.
