Section R. 460.733 - Availability of records

Rule 33.
(1) An electric utility or cooperative shall make available to the commission or its staff, upon request, all records, reports, and other information required to determine compliance with these rules and to permit the commission and its staff to investigate and resolve service quality and reliability issues related to electric distribution service.
(2) An electric utility or cooperative shall make records, reports, and other information available to the commission or its staff within 5 business days of being requested, preferably in an electronic format available through the internet, accessible with standard browser software, identification, and password.
