Rule 1.
(1) As used in these rules:
(a) "Board" means the
Michigan board of speech-language pathology created under section 17605 of the
code, MCL 333.17605.
(b) "Code"
means the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211.
(c) "Department" means the department of
licensing and regulatory affairs.
(2) A term defined in the code has the same meaning when used in these rules.
