Rule 5.
(1) All non-controlled prescription drugs, except those specified in R 338.3607, that have been approved for medical use in the United States, are listed in the United States pharmacopeia and the national formulary (usp-nf), and meet the criteria for donation established by these rules may be accepted for donation under the program.
(2) A new prescription may be transferred to another participating pharmacy or charitable clinic for dispensing.
