Rule 39. Sections 45.1.3, 45.2, 45.2.1, 45.2.2, 45.5.3, 45.5.3.1, 45.5.3.2, 45.5.4, 45.5.4.1, 45.5.4.2, 45.5.4.3, 45.5.4.4, 45.5.4.5, 45.5.5, 45.5.5.1 and 45.5.5.2 of chapter 45 of the code are deleted and section 45.1.1 of chapter 45 of the code is amended to read as follows:

45.1.1 The storage, use, and handling of combustible fibers shall comply with the requirements of chapter 45 as they relate to operation and maintenance.
