Rule 38. Section 44.3 of chapter 44 of the code is deleted and section 44.1 of chapter 44 of the code is amended to read as follows:
44.1 General. Solvent extraction plants shall comply with NFPA 36, standard for solvent extraction plants, and chapter 44 as they relate to operation and maintenance.
44.3 Deleted.
