Rule 35. Sections 41.1.5, 41.1.5.1 and 41.1.5.2 of chapter 41 of the code are deleted and sections 41.1.1 and 41.6.1 of chapter 41 of the code are amended to read as follows:
41.1.1 Hot work shall comply with NFPA 51B, standard for fire prevention during welding, cutting, and other hot work, and this chapter as they relate to operation and maintenance.
41.1.5 Deleted.
41.1.5.1 Deleted.
41.1.5.2 Deleted.
41.6.1 Electrical equipment shall be of an approved type and shall be used in accordance with Section 11.1 and manufacturers' requirements.
