Rule 10. Sections 11.1.6.1, 11.1.6.4, 11.3.1.2, 11.3.2, 11.3.3, 11.3.4, 11.3.5, 11.5.1.1, 11.5.1.2, 11.5.1.3, 11.5.1.4, 11.5.1.5, 11.5.1.6, 11.5.1.7, 11.6.1, 11.6.1.1, 11.6.1.2, 11.6.1.3, 11.6.1.4, 11.6.1.5, 11.7.1, 11.7.2.1, 11.7.2.2, 11.7.3, 11.8.1, 11.8.4, 11.9, 11.9.1, 11.9.2, 11.9.3, 11.9.4, 11.9.5 and 11.9.6 of chapter 11 of the code are deleted and sections 11.1.2, 11.1.3, 11.3.1.1, 11.4, 11.5.4 and 11.6.2 of chapter 11 of the code are amended to read as follows:

11.1.2 All electrical appliances, fixtures, equipment, or wiring shall be maintained in accordance with the Michigan electrical code.

11.1.3 Permanent wiring shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the Michigan electrical code.

11.1.6.1 Deleted.

11.1.6.4 Deleted.

11.3.1.1 Elevators shall be in compliance with the rules promulgated by the Michigan elevator safety board pursuant to the provisions 1967act 227, MCL 408.8101.
