Section R. 339.5172 - Out-of-state applicant for licensure in this state

Rule 172. If an individual holds a national organizations license as a boiler repairer or boiler installer in another state, that individual may be licensed in this state for the work he or she is licensed to perform by the national organization. The individual shall submit to the department both of the following:

(a) An application with a copy of his or her current and valid national license.

(b) Payment of the nonrefundable application fee.
