Rule 1174.

(1) If the commission suspends or revokes the approval of an evaluation or inspection agency, the evaluation or inspection agency shall be given notice in writing of the suspension or revocation with the reasons therefore set forth. Manufacturers being evaluated or inspected by the agency and all enforcing agencies within this state shall also be notified in writing of the suspension or revocation. The notice shall contain instructions to the manufacturer and to the enforcing agency as to premanufactured units or building components previously certified by an agency whose approval has been suspended or revoked.

(2) An evaluation or inspection agency whose approval has been suspended or revoked, within 90 days of the suspension or revocation, shall deliver to the custody of the commission the originals of all records required by the act and these rules to be made of or in the course of the agency's operations pursuant to the act and these rules.
