Rule 1112. Premanufactured units and building components certified pursuant to these rules are deemed to comply with the requirements of all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations which govern the matters within the scope of the approval and certification, regardless of the provisions of any other law, ordinance, rule, or regulation.
