Rule 7153.
(1) A towel roller shall be equipped with a barrier made of plastic or expanded metal electrically interlocked to the power source or interlocked to the clutch and designed to prevent entry into the pinch point created by the 2 inrunning rollers, or it shall be equipped with a 2-hand constant pressure control device.
(2) A towel unroller shall be equipped with a barrier to prevent entry of the operator's fingers into the pinch point created by the 2 inrunning rolls, or it shall be equipped with a 2-hand constant pressure control device.
