Rule 7163.
(1) A dry cleaning press may be actuated by use of 1 hand, but when pressure is increased or a locking device is actuated, 2-hand controls shall be used concurrently.
(2) A dry cleaning press shall be provided with an emergency release bar or button which will instantly release the ironing press head from its closed position.
