Rule 7130.
(1) Fabrics which contain a combustible vapor or fluid first shall be rinsed in cold water or maintained not less than 25 feet from spark producing equipment or open flame.
(2) Smoking shall be prohibited except in designated areas. "NO SMOKING" signs shall be posted in these prohibited areas.
