Section R. 408.16525 - Ventilation

Rule 6525.

Materials processed on a mill or calender, which give off noxious or toxic materials that exceed the maximum allowable limits set by the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA), shall be equipped with a ventilation system approved for this use.

An obvious error in R 408.1625 was corrected at the request of the promulgating agency, pursuant to Section 56 of 1969 PA 306, as amended by 2000 PA 262, MCL 24.256.
