Rule 3724.
(1) These rules apply to all accident prevention tags used to identify hazardous conditions and provide a message to employees with respect to hazardous conditions, as set forth in R 408.13731, or to meet the specific tagging requirements of other Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) standards.
(2) This rule does not apply to construction or agriculture.
