Rule 2719.

(1) The operating speed as designated by the manufacturer shall be etched or otherwise permanently marked on a circular saw blade more than 20 inches in diameter. A saw blade shall not be operated at a higher speed than shown on the blade.

(2) When a marked saw blade is re-tensioned for a different speed, the marking shall be corrected to show the new speed.
