Rule 732.
(1) The use of regulators shall comply with the following requirements:
(a) Regulators shall be used only for the gas
and pressure for which they are intended.
(b) Regulators shall be repaired by
authorized and trained personnel or shall be returned to the supplier for
calibration or repairs.
(c)
Regulators shall not be removed until the cylinder valve is closed and the
regulator drained.
(d) Regulators
shall have gauges marked "Use No Oil" when used for oxygen.
(2) Backflow prevention devices shall be installed on the fuel gas and oxygen hoses.
(3) A cylinder equipped with a shutoff valve shall have a regulator attached to the cylinder valve or manifold during use.
