Rule 2904.

(1) The Federal Communications Commission 47 CFR 1.1310 radiofrequency radiation exposure limits standard is adopted by reference in these rules and is available without cost as of the time of adoption of these rules by accessing the United States government printing office at website: http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_06/47cfr1_06.html then scrolling down to 1.1310 radiofrequency radiation exposure limits, or from the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth, MIOSHA Standards Section, P.O. Box 30643, Lansing, Michigan 48909.

(2) The following Michigan occupational safety and health standards are referenced in these rules. Up to 5 copies of these standards may be obtained at no charge from the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth, MIOSHA Standards Section, 7150 Harris Drive, P.O. Box 30643, Lansing, Michigan, 48909-8143 or via the internet at website: http://www.michigan.gov/mioshastandards. (b) ISO standard 4406, hydraulic fluid power--fluids--method for coding the level of contamination by solid particles, second edition, December 1999. Cost: $60.00.
