Rule 1734.

(1) Electrical equipment shall be inspected periodically. The inspection shall be made at reasonable intervals according to the equipment use and the severity of conditions under which it is used. Worn and frayed cable shall not be used.

(2) Repairs of electrical equipment shall be made by a licensed electrician or an employee supervised by a licensed electrician except as provided in R 408.41723(1).
