Rule 13.
(1) To the maximum extent possible, the MRS counselor shall make an eligibility determination based on existing and current information, including any of the following:
(a) Information available from
other programs and providers.
(b)
Schools.
(c) Social security
administration.
(d) Information
provided by the individual and the family.
(2) To the maximum extent appropriate, the MRS counselor shall rely on information obtained from experiences in integrated employment settings in the community and in other integrated community settings.
