Rule 2.
(1) All of the following apply if a school district transports any of its resident pupils, other than students with a disability, to schools outside of the district:
(a) Whenever a school district transports
resident pupils from grades closed or not operated in the district to a school
or schools outside of the district, it shall also transport resident nonpublic

the district, at least to the distance of the public schools located outside of
the district and in the same general direction.
(b) The board of education of the school

schools.
