Rule 93a.

An interpreter for the deaf who provides services for students with disabilities in a local school district, an intermediate school district, the Michigan school for the deaf, or a public school academy as an employee or contractor shall satisfy the applicable credential requirements set forth in rules promulgated under the deaf persons interpreters act, 1982 PA 204, MCL 393.501 to 393.509.
