Section R. 380.106 - Out-of-state applicant for school administrator (1246(1)(b)) certificate

Rule 6.

(1) The superintendent of public instruction may accept a school administrator certificate from another state or a foreign country as a basis for issuance to an applicant of a comparable Michigan school administrator (1246(1)(b)) certificate.

(2) An applicant for a school administrator (1246(1)(b)) certificate who has completed an out-of-state school administrator preparation program shall present to the department evidence of state approval of the program.
